We offer fully customized menus tailored to each client’s unique preferences and budget, allowing us to create truly individualized culinary experiences. With no set menu limitations, our chefs are free to design dishes that are as creative and memorable as your event itself.

Our commitment to quality is unwavering. We source 85% of our ingredients from within a 100-mile radius, supporting local farms and ensuring freshness in every bite. Chef Trina Dockery, a graduate of the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, brings a farm-to-table philosophy to every menu, collaborating with UF’s Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences (IFAS) to champion sustainability.

Cacciatore Catering is equipped to handle all aspects of your event. Beyond exceptional food, we offer a comprehensive 13CT catering liquor license for full bar services, staffed by certified mixologists. We handle every detail, from linens and glassware to bar tools, tables, and decorations, creating a seamless and stress-free experience. We are also a preferred catering supplier to the University of Florida, with trusted local partnerships and references available upon request.

Our Haile Village location, Cacciatore Catering & Pizza, provides a chef-inspired menu with delicious, casual options. Available for takeout and delivery, our dishes are crafted fresh in-house using recipes that bring an extra slice of joy to every bite.
